Important: CarChemist does NOT provide automobile services directly. All automobile services (car wash, detailing, repairs, maintenance) are provided by independent third-party Service Providers. We act solely as a technology platform connecting customers with Service Providers.
While we conduct reasonable verification of Service Providers before listing them on the Platform, we do not guarantee the quality, legality, or safety of services provided by them.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CarChemist, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

These Terms are written in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.
